This is a good basic step workout that gets your heartbeat up without a lot of complex choreography. I do this tape once every few weeks. I would probably do it a lot more if it weren't for the soundtrack - an annoying, cheesy dance mix, complete with screaming vocals. Undoubtedly some folks may like it (not many, it isn't even good music for the genre), but I find it really annoying. Aside from that, I really like the workout. Candice's cueing is straightforward and easy to understand. The moves are interesting without being difficult to learn (you'll have it down the first or second time). While this tape is sold as intermediate to advanced in skill, Candice always demonstrates low impact versions of the moves, so you can easily adapt this workout to more of a beginner level. This is a workout you can grow with for some time. If you can get past the music, the tape is well worth it.
