Recipe for cooking Thai Style Peanut Chicken Wings. Exotic Thai peanut sauce give these wings an unbelievably great flavor.

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoon Asian style hot sauce, my favorite brand is Tuong Ot Sriracha, find it in an Asian grocery or well stocked supermarket

  1. First Prepare the Wings
  2. Prepare chicken wings by cutting off wing tips and separating the wing at the elbow joint (discard tips or save for making stock). Don't get intimidated at this process, it's very easy. See links below for detailed instructions.
  3. Then Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place wings into several extra large plastic zipper bags. Pour marinade over wings. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Grill wings over a medium-hot grill for about 8-10 minutes per side or until completely cooked and dark brown, carefully baste once or twice during cooking.
