Recipe for Stuffed Eggs. Sweetened with Slenda these eggs are low in carbs and sugar free.


  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 packet Splenda® sweetener
  • salt to taste
  • coarse ground pepper


  1. Makes 12 Servings
  2. Slice the cooled eggs in halves. Scoop out the cooked yolks into a mixing bowl and mash them lightly. Add the mayo and mustard, salt, Splenda® and stir until smooth. Fold in the ham and spoon the mixture back in the cavities of the egg whites. Garnish with pepper. Chill.
