Recipe for Spinach Veal Soup. This recipe is perfect for every occasion, from daily suppers to holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 small onion, peeled, sliced and diced
  • 6 larges scallions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chicken-flavored soup powder
  • 1 tablespoon meat-flavored soup powder
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped spinach, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 cups water
