Recipe to cook Spinach And Tangerine Salad. An orange vinaigrette dressing tops this salad that's a perfect start to a Hanukkah dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups baby spinach, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 4 seedless tangerines, peeled and separated into sections
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Vinaigrette:
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine spinach, onions, tangerines and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients. Toss with salad just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
