- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seed
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- In small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- If desired, serve with Greek-Style Pork Loin Roast.
