Recipe for Mexican Crema. An easy recipe from The Culinary Institute of America is wonderful with their Baja Fish Tacos.


  • 1/2 cup Mexican sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice


  1. Makes 1/2 Cup
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. The cream is ready to use now or it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
