Author Notes: This recipe is great because you can get it ready the night before and it's ready to cook as soon as you get home.
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/2-inch-thick
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 cup sliced green onions
4 tablespoons minced fresh ginger OR 1 tablespoon dry ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions: Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, or pan fry for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
