- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup cooked potatoes
- 1 cup cooked veggies -- corn, broccoli, carrots, onion, peppers, etc.
- 1/2 cup cooked meat or poultry
- 1 jar gravy
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the veggies, potatoes and meat or poultry with 1/3 of the gravy. Warm to at least room temperature.
- Open the crescent rolls. Peel off 2 triangles onto a baking sheet. Press the seam together to form a rectangle. Spread 1/2 of the meat and veggie mixture on the rectangle. Repeat for the second serving. Use 2 triangles each to form covers. Place on top and seal the edges by pressing together. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve with remaining gravy.
