This easy meatball nachos recipe is a simple entertaining appetizer that will fill up the hungriest fan. I love that you can edit this recipe to feed a crowd or just a few. We love to make a "build-your-own" nacho station so everyone can help themselves t


  • 16 Casa Di Bertacchi fully cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can sliced stewed tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • Cheese and Sour Cream to top


  1. Cut meatballs into quarters
  2. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until tender
  3. Stir in meatballs and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes and beans. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking apart into chunks
  4. Spoon meat mixture over individual servings of tortilla chips and sprinkle with cheese
