Recipe for Dijon Lamb Chops. Here's an easy way to make lamb chops, that's tasty and quick to fix.


  • 4 lamb chops
  • a teaspoon minced lemon zest
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/3 Cup Dijon mustard
  • lemon slices for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine garlic lemon juice parsley and mustard. Press on all sides of the chops and place in a large baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done to your liking. Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
