A refreshing fruit soup, enjoyable on summer days.
- 2 mango - peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- Mix the mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and half-and-half in a blender or food processor.
- Cover, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
