Recipe for Basic Seasoned Ground Beef. This mixture can be used in a variety of different recipes including our delicious stuffed red peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground chuck
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Makes 6 (4 oz) Servings
  2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the meat into six (4-oz) portions and place in small freezer bags. Freeze immediately. Use any refrigerated portions within 48 hours.
