Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

Recipe for Balsamic Vinegar Marinade. This is a great all purpose marinade for meats or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup dry red wine

Directions

  1. Makes 2 1/4 Cups
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Marinade meat for several hours or overnight and grill. Use also to marinate vegetables or to brush on them while grilling, as in my Grilled Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese.
