You’d never dream that making the perfect crispy chocolate coating for your ice cream could be so incredibly simple and yet taste exactly like the store-bought version.

I must confess I am crazy about those popular harden on your ice cream chocolate sauces. I love how the chocolate turns crispy once it touches the bowl of creamy goodness and yet melts smoothly in your mouth with each succulent bite. The liquid chocolate sauce does seem to possess some sort of magic as it suddenly hardens on the ice cream. However, it turns out that the magic boils down to two special ingredients. You'd never think that making your own homemade magic shell chocolate sauce could be so ridiculously easy. Maybe that's the magic.
